What are some websites I can post a 14 minute long, 70mb video on that will let it keep its quality and download it onto other computers to burn a DVD from?

I have a 14 minute, 70 mb video that i need to transfer to another computer to burn a DVD off of. any ideas as to how to do that?

for a streaming/watching it online option use Vimeo.
Otherwise use a service like Sharebee or massmirror.
