With this will i be able to ''make phone calls'' on skype with my ipod touch 2nd gen?

i just got this free app named FLING, i could conet the call but could’t hear anything, so, with this can i do it?

Yes-those headphones give you talkback function; you also need a Skype account and a WiFi connection.
