What's the best way to get TV channel listings on my computer?

I want a widget or a webpage where I can choose which channels I want, and then the schedule of what’s on at what time.

Some specifics: I have Directv. There is a feature on My Yahoo! that does this, but I don’t want to create a My Yahoo! homepage. I have iGoogle and looked around for like a minute lol and didn’t find anything.

http://tv.yahoo.com/listings Should do this. You enter your zip code and what type of service you get and it lets you select what channels to display.

If you want something more specifically TV related versus Yahoo or something of
the like, I personally use zap2it.
