Does anyone else feel a strange affinity with those on the same amount of Lurve as them?

Yes I get the same feeling, I also tend to give grate answers much more to same lurvys

I feel higher affinity to those who came to fluther around the same time I did.

@uberbatman: How do you know that intersting factoid…I’d love to find out if I have some fluthers from another mother that were born on the same day as me?

@squirbel ahh that’s pretty sad :( I don’t know any of mine….shout if you are there…. apart from oasis – but i don’t think we were born on the same day… just very close….

@bythebay well i knew simone54 signed up the same day since i immediately sent him the site when i first discovered it (ZOMG FLUTHER IS THE SHIT DUDE COME JOIN!) and “myfluther” sorts people by when they signed up so i just checked the flutherites join dates that were next to him on my list :)

I feel lurve for a great many people here, having nothing to do with lurve…some arrived at around the same time as I did, some have been here forever, and some are newer. Some because they’re smart as all hell, some because they are kind, some because they make me lol4rl :)

Naah…I don’t revolve around lurve. But it is a cool idea.

Yes. If I see someone has about the same amount of Lurve as me, it makes me smile and feel more friendly towards them—like we’ve probably been around about as long and are similarly accustomed to Fluther.

@lynneblundell: After a certain point it becomes less important. It’s fun to be around when it hits interesting numbers, like yesterday mine was at 6666. All over Fluther people were mentioning it simultaneously. :-p

Now that I’m only 3k or so away from 10k, it’s begun to get a bit more interesting for me again. I don’t really view it as a competition with other users, it’s just nice to know I’ve said something hat someone felt was worthwhile. :)
