Start from the begining. Hybrid Theory was my favorite, Metorea next, Reanimation, and finally Minites to Midnight was my least favorite.

Linkin Park is my favorite band. I’ve seem them in concert 5 times. In my opinion, Minutes to Midnight was mostly poppy garbage with a gem or two thrown in. If I were you, Id listen chronologically in order to see how they went from underground to mainstream.

I also suggest you to pick up a copy of Mike shinoda’s side project, Fort Minor, rather interesting to listen too. Takes awhile to get use to?

@Eambos: Very true, Minutes to Midnight isn’t the greatest?

I saw Mike Shinoda in concert with Fort Minor, too. All his work is amazing, and it was nice to hear the hip hop roots of linkin park separate into their own side project.

I think you should start from Hybrid Theory, then get Meteora. That’s all you need, really. Minutes to Midnight is an abomination.

hybrid theory was the original and best. I believe reanimation came out before meteora.
Has anyone noticed that numb and crawling are exactly the same song? just with different lyrics

Reanimation did come out before Meteora, but I suggest listening to Meteora before, to change things up.

Minutes to Midnight sucks. It’s just plain boring. Go with Meteora or Hybrid Theory. Reanimation is more interesting if you’ve heard the originals.

@roons – Very true. That’s why mashups like this one are so wonderfully easy to make.

Please don’t listen to people saying any albums suck, because to be honest, A Thousand Suns is my favorite with Meteora (tied for fav) and Minutes to Midnight and Living Things are my second favorites.
Choose the single you like best, and get the album that it is on.
Or just go in order, start with Hybrid Theory and go on up. I would recommend not wasting money on Reanimation cause well it’s not really a record, just a bunch of remixes. Go with the studio albums. Really, fuck the haters saying anything past meteora was bad. Linkin Park FOREVER!
