Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food, or Triple Caramel Chunk (apparently only available at the shops.)

Chocolate, peppermint stick, and coffee.

My favorite flavor is cold.

But if you insist on me honing in on my very very favorite… I will go with good old fashioned vanilla in a cone.. nothing beats that classic for me.

Bri_L's avatar

Ben and Jerry’s Chunky Monkey.

DAMMIT now I want some.

President’s Choice Chocolate Fudge Crackle Vanilla Ice Cream. It’s just as glorious as it sounds. It’s so tasty, it’s worth coming to Canada to taste it (well that and the beaver tails) :)

Pistachio, French Vanilla, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

cookies and cream or pralines and cream. i know people who go to ice cream shoppes and order vanilla despite all the other great choices.

i love my one wife who loves just vanilla, but i need to switch it up every once in a while.

er uh, the ice cream, not the wife.

Always has been, always will be Thrifty Drug and Discount Store’s Double Chocolate Malted Crunch.

Mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone.

Chocolate.

ladytmerie's avatar

@ supermouse—yum, I concur except I haven’t seen a Thrifty’s in years.

SuperMouse's avatar

@ladytmerie, me neither. When I did the search for the link I found that Thrifty is Rite Aid now, but I have no idea if they are still selling that ice cream.

Among some members of my family (not me,... no, definitely not me) vanilla is not considered a flavor.

@johnpowell – This place, Wilson’s in Door County WI, makes the best Chocolate chip mint in a waffle cone.

asmonet's avatar

I’ll have what Sueanne’s having.

Turtle ice cream, soft serve orange ice cream, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip and vanilla bean.

Delicious.

I have an ice cream problem.

exitnirvana's avatar

Häagen-Dazs Bailey’s Irish Cream, and then if we’re talking novelties, I could never turn down an old school Chocolate Malt. :)

Wilcoxons rocky road. Made in Livingston, Montana right behind my house while I was growing up. That was awesome. Walk down the alley and have icecream that was minutes old.

augustlan's avatar

All time favorite: Plain old vanilla, preferably in a waffle cone.
Old school favorite: Butter Brickle
Every now and again: Nestle Drumstick Sundae Cones – used to like Nutty Buddy’s better, but they don’t make them anymore :(

Also, Sueanne’s special mix ;)

Depends on the mood. Vanilla bean when I’m tired. Mint chocolate chip when I’m happy. Triple chocolate when I’m feeling frisky. Pumpkin when I’m melancholy.

onesecondregrets's avatar

Oh snap. I could have a field day with this.

..It depends on my mood BUT most favored are:
Ben and Jerry’s: Karmel Sutra, Cake Batter, Magic Brownie, Half Baked, and the strawberry cheesecake one.
Haagen-Dazs Bailey’s icecream is incredible!
And Turkey Hill’s Getrude Hawk ice cream, and Party Cake.
Classics: Vanilla, coffee, black raspberry.

I feel like such a fatty with this answer, hahah.

We have a local ice cream maker called ‘Fredricks’ who make their own flavour combinations – my nephew won an design an ice-cream competition because he thought of a blueberries and white choc chip combination, which is just heavenly! They also do a liquorice flavour ice cream which my hubby LOVES and a black cherry ice cream which is also DELISH. My daughter loves their space flavour which has space dust in (you know the stuff the pops on your tongue?!
You can’t beat good old double choc chip Mmmm!
