How can you not love Victor Borge?

I can’t not love Victor Borge. And I was loving him in the middle of the last century. Alas, he is no longer with us: he died in 2000 at the age of 91.

Funny you should ask this question. I just netflixed one of his routines last week, and we are going to watch it tonight. He was an extremely talented and wonderful man. It’s sad to lose the great ones :(

Also, this sort of dates me, but I recall back in the mid 60’s, he was hailed as the highest paid performer on a live AM radio broadcast. Something like $6,000.00 per minute. I believe it was a 10 minute spot. ? So happy we have his video legacy to enjoy!!
