Can an unclassifed graduate student get private student loans?

I need some pre-req.‘s prior to starting my program and cannot get regular student loans until accepted into the program…any suggestions?

Sure. I have a friend who took out a $28,000 loan from a bank to complete a post-baccalaureate pre-med program.

…but make sure it’s worth it.

was the student unclassified? I only need one semester 4 classes to get classified, and then I can get non private student loans…thx though

Did you try Sallie Mae? They do have some private loans. Or you can try your university and see if they have some sort of programs for you.
