Love is blind?

It means that when you fall in love, you only see the good things about your beloved, and you can’t see anything bad.

It means that because you love someone you’re able to overlook their imperfections.

It means that you could be blind sided by love if you’re not careful.

That statement only applies to the female side of the equation, according to a study I read.

Women tend to look for personality in men and overlook physical appearance when looking for a mate. (not casual sex)

Men are attracted to a woman because of her looks, who cares if she’s a bitch.

That is how I got my beautiful “christy brinkly” wife I have with my butt ugly “billy joel” face.

Unfortunately I think it also means that it can blind us to those things that, were they to exist in someone else, we wouldn’t like.

Not only is love blind, but it gets more blind in a direct ratio to the lateness of the hour and the number of beers consumed.
