What model?
Linksys usually has a browser accessible configuration program. It’s usually something like http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.20.1 That will be in the user documentation.

The problem is that you are using internet connection sharing through a router. Internet connection sharing SUCKS!

Next question. If you take out the router and hook up one computer to your cable (or DSL) modem, does it work?
If so, then you need to get the information from the working computer and enter it into the router.
(Or am I just covering the obvious stuff you’ve already checked?)

@Emdean1 In general sharing through a router should work pretty well. Trying to share through a computer (where the computer acts as the router) has always given me problems, though.

Which brings up a point. If you have ‘Internet Connection Sharing’ turned on one of your computers. Turn it off.

@Emdean1: if you’ve got it set up properly, it doesn’t suck at all—connection sharing is the reason the Internet is a packet-switched network, after all.

Agreed Cwilbur but its usually nothing but problems from my employees

Perhaps it’s time to figure out what they’re doing wrong, then, and invest some effort into training them or fixing the problem.

Perhaps, Maybe.
