Ecstasy has helped people communicate about relationships and deal with past trauma.
Shrooms have helped people see real beauty in and develop a deeper appreciation for nature.
There are many proven benefits of marijuana for certain people, be it pain relief or appetite stimulation.

Seens like drugs in small doses have positive effects on our social lifes and personalities and bad effect on on our health.

And bad effect on naming our avatar images too. : )
Try reducing the number of words in your image file and it may help.

As bad as it sounds to say drugs made me a big part of who i am. I believe theyve made me the free thinker i am today and honestly a lot more caring and thoughtful person than i was before i started taking them.:P Mushrooms made me respect nature and all life in general. Ecstasy has opened me up to whole deeper levels of communication with my girlfriend and i believe made us have a greater bond. :) LSD has permanently opened my mind to a whole different way of thinking and viewing problems. And marijuana has made me more accepting and respectful of everyones views an beliefs even if they differ from mine.
I <3 drugs :)

@uberbatman EXCELLENT response. I feel the exact same way. I’m actually writing a 4,000 word essay for my personal essay class about how mushrooms and ecstasy have affected me in a positive light. I really believe that those who’ve tripped have a deeper connection with the world around them than those who haven’t, and that hallucinogens don’t deserve the bad publicity they’re given.

Of course, this is coming from a girl whose heroes include Aldous Huxley and Timothy Leary. /shrug

Not Ken Kesey or Abbie Hoffman?

I like what I know about him, but I don’t know much.

@timeand distance Thanks :)

You should look into Terence McKennas work, he’s my psychedelic hero :)

Drugs are my friends.
My companions in good and bad times. They make me feel life, they make me believe it as well.

I guess I feel the need to point out here that real life can be just as great without drugs, too.
I mean, once you’ve walked through a door you’re already in the next room.
