Any good software for creating website flowcharts with nice dhtml (or something else) annotations?

Programs that I know that can create web pages include Dreamweaver and Microsoft Visual Studio (the latter requires coding knowledge). Is that what youre talking about?

Hi @Glow – thanks for replying! Here’s an example: I use Omnigraffle and can product some great looking flowcharts. I’d love to be able to click on an element in the flowchart and have it popup a layer with a description on it. But I’m not sure what software is best to do that, and I assume HTML would be the final format of the page.
