Thunder God game?

I used to play this game about 10 or more years ago. It was an online real time strategy game that would have game-to-game permanence.
The game was basically that you were the avatar of a rain, lightning, or thunder god fighting other avatars in the clouds. I think that most of the units were kind of like towers—you wouldn’t move armies around I don’t think. Each online match you’d win would give you another tower type that you could build. There were like 40 different kinds of towers you’d get in the end.
Anyone know what this game is?
