Why are my nvidia cards giving me BSOD?

I’ve had a Dell XPS 700 for about two years now, and it came with two Nvidia 7900’s. Recently, I have been getting stray lines showing up during games, and have been having issues with 3d things such as google earth, or even videos. I occasionally get the BSOD which reads nv4_disp.dll.
I tried to fix it by uninstalling my drivers, and reinstalling, but I still get the BSOD. Any help?
