How to add this flash to my 360.yahoo blog?

i want to post the following watch flash on my 360.yahoo blog, and i know little about html, anyone have any experiences ?

It is embedded on that page with the following block of HTML. I don’t know much about Yahoo! 360°, but should be able to paste this onto your blog:
