New topic: Diastasis recti (or that alien bulge where your abs should be).

This is more common in women during and after pregnancy, but I’ve got it and it really bugs. I’ve been doing a little poking around on the internet and one thing that concerns me is the possibility of making it worse with regular ab exercises.

So. Anyone have experience with this? Mommies? Any success stories?
