How to find someone's ip from their email address?

Nevermind. I just figured it out.

I use Incredimail and this is what I did. Go to your email; right click on the message without opening it; click on properties; click on details and you’ll be able to see the “received” from ip.

Just be aware that can easily be spoofed and may actually be the IP of the server it came from, not the individual user’s computer. http://compnetworking.about.com/od/workingwithipaddresses/qt/ipaddressemail.htm

Yea, it seems like that would be the ip address of their (sending) mail server and not their actual computer.
