Easy way to blow-dry the back of your hair?

I have thick, medium length layered hair. How do I get to the back, styling-wise? The sides/front look great, but, I want them to blend in well with the back of my head. And, I can’t see what the hell I am doing when blow-drying there.

Any tips?
