For Moderators Only: When a person gets banned from Fluther?

[Mod says] A Fluther member can be suspended temporarily or banned permanently. Once a suspension is over, they have a chance to participate again. If they continue to disregard the guidelines, they are then banned. Banning is permanent. If a banned member continues to sign up under different user names and is still causing trouble under those user names, we can ban the IP address. Then no one could sign up from that computer again.
