Is anyone else having issues with yahoo mail?

The emails I am sending are taking forever to get to the recipients. Some of the emails people send me are bouncing back or never getting to me. My friend contacted yahoo and according to her they sent back a bs response. Is anyone else experiencing this and what can be done? I’ve seen this happen before between yahoo and hotmail.. no emails I sent to hotmail users were going through. Now it almost seems like no emails I send to gmail users are getting through….......

yes

my favorite is having to solve a CAPTCHA to send mail TO MYSELF

having said mail end up in spam folder
