Who the fuck is Charles? Why is David ignoring Michael? How will Jim look in the eyes of Charles in future episodes? Will Jim get in trouble because of it? What will happen to the petty cash/parties/fun things that The Office is based on? WHAT WILL WE DO WITHOUT MICHAEL????

He’ll visit Holly Flax in Vermont, convince her to quit, and they’ll open a maple syrup shop.
Kelly and Angela will begin to wear tighter clothes and higher heels until they are both fired for harassment.
One evening, Kevin will find himself alone with Meredith and a bottle and at her insistence will finally have his big chance.
Stanley will be promoted and will retire one week later at the higher pay scale.
Oh, and there will be Peace in the Middle East.

There is NO WAY he is gone for reals. Michael is just too big a part of The Office (and that’s what she said).

*Kelly and Angela will chase Charles for a few more episodes, both being rejected. It will only end after they embarrass themselves thoroughly, but form a new bond and understanding

*Michael will either beg for his job back within one episode OR David will see productivity dip so fast that he will beg Michael to come back right away. Michael will be back soon, me thinks.

*Jim will continue to flounder in front of Charles, but will slowly win his respect. May push Jim to work harder to move up in the company.

*David is ignoring Michael, because that’s what happens in most large companies: You’re never supposed to go over the head of your immediate supervisor, in some cases it’s grounds for dismissal. This will be an ongoing battle this season.

*Michael will force the PPC to get creative with party decor/foods since they have no funds. When they start using toilet paper and coffee stir sticks Michael gets frustrated by their lack of imagination and skill.

*Dwight will continue doing completely unrealistic, absurd things that he should repeatedly be fired over. Dwight’s character will continue to get unfunnier and unfunnier.

Michael will be followed along with Pam into the new Michael Scott Paper Company, which will be easy to follow because their new company is in the same building as Dunder Mifflin.
