How do you get your media?

I use

Netflix for new releases
Netflix XBOX streaming for most TV shows
iTunes for the occasional CD and a little bit of the BAY.

I use to collect DVD’s then i realized i never watch them, so netflix was a great choice. And i always scratched my CD’s so copying them to my computer anyways was a must for a re-burn. Plus with prices not changing i found it cheaper to get them from online instead of at the local store.

And soon whenever iTunes starts it, Comic Books from them as well.

i get my news from twitter, newspapers make my hands turn colors.

I also use USATODAY’s iPhone app for National News, that paired with Digg.com I get my fill.

A lot of info I get is through word of mouth, especially music and movies. Sometimes, if I’m not busy, I’ll go out and hunt down information.
I do like to flip through news websites though whenever I have free time. I also like watching science and tech videos about new innovations. TED is amazing.

Newspaper- the morning star (socialist paper)
Web- sickipedia

Music – Usually iTunes.
Books – Library, used book store or trade with friends.
News – throughout the week, online(multiple sources) – possibly tv. On the weekend, I still get the weekend paper. We use the paper, after we’ve read it, for other purposes, so there is no waste. I just like sitting in my favorite chair, reading the Sunday paper.

i dont have to grow out of anything

music: dtunes (cydia) and mxtube (cydia). dtunes gets tunes from mewseek and thru c torrent, mxtube downloads from youtube. i have a jailbroken iphone. also on the phone, i read iphone forums, digg, twitter, blogs, and so on. so basically i get my media from the web. if i were wanting movies i’d use netflix or just go to a theater.
