Keep the window open all the time.

@Lightlyseared I need to make sure it doesn’t close by itself though.

Why would it close by its self?

What window in particular are we talking about?

would ” tray it ” help ?

Sorry, I meant the bottom tray, not the taskbar…I just need to make sure the window (just a standard window) stays in the tray at all times.

Is it because Windows is set to auto hide tray icons that are not being used?

but there isn’t any internet explorer system tray items that i know of. are you thinking of the quick start toolbar (typically next to the start menu?)

if so, move the internet explorer shortcut next to the start menu (all the way to the left) that way when other shortcuts are added to quick start it won’t push internet explorer out of the screen.

you can also lock the taskbar by right clicking on it and choosing lock the taskbar so that it doesn’t move or have the ability to move.

I don’t really.
But why do you want it that way?
