A song for love ?

My two friends have been dating for a almost a year now. He is planning this really adorable night for her and one of the things he was going to do was play one of “their” songs. The problem was he realized they don’t have a song. I asked if he ever was like baby this is the song that makes me think of you?. He said no, so I figured that night would be the perfect night to create a song for them.

He asked me what song to play, and I had no idea. I figured bringing it to fluther would get a variety of feedback.

What song should they use ? Do you know any good couple songs ?

( They listen to country, rock, and indie music mostly. – if that helps )

I’m feeling Blood Bank by Bon Iver lately. It’s so sweet. Apple Bed by Sparklehorse is good too, but I’m not sure if it’s necessarily a love song. Really pretty and sexy though. Oh also, St. Joseph’s by The Avett Brothers. That one is definitely a love song. Simple and sweet. That’s probably my best pick actually.
