For the girls out there what do you see in a guy?

Humor, personality, and witty banter.
That’s all I need.

I assume you mean “what do I want to see…”
Personally, I’m picky and shallow.
I want the normal stuff like humor, and personality, but if he’s not cute, I probably won’t pursue it.
That being said my current boyfriend isn’t “cute”.

That will explain a lot. He did a study of online dating sites with massive data sets and correlated the success or failure of the matches with the ads. What women and men say they want was not actually statistically significant, ie “like taking walks in the park”, or “enjoy conversation”. They wanted something different but did not specifically call it out. Check out the link or read the book. Eye opening. He won a Nobel prize for this work and others.

Confidence, attitude, intelligence. And some more confidence. Throw in a good conscience and the right priorities, a sarcastic and irreverent sense of humor, some good looks, and I’m hooked.
