Anything quick and easy

Jitterbug, Crave, 611 Supreme (crepes), Glo's, Coastal Kitchen, and Etta's are some of my favorites

There a bunch of vegan places around... I can't remember the name of it bu thtye have a great reuben.

Great vegan breakfast/brunch place on Capitol Hill is the Globe

If you're in a hurry, the Whole Foods buffet (organic bacon and pumpkin french toast?) are great.
