Is it reasonable to trade a 32gb iPod Touch (2nd Gen) for an iPhone 2G 16gb?

I just posted an ad on craigslist for that but I’m wondering if I’m going to lose money or actually get a good deal.

So, is it a fair deal?

I’d take an iPhone over an iPod touch any day. But with it looking like the next generation iPhone will come out this summer, I’d probably sell the iPod touch while you can still get the most out of it, and get the next iPhone the week it comes out. That’s what I’d try to do anyway…
