Does anyone know about getting SLR lenses cleaned?

My dust problem doesn’t seem to be my sensor but actually my lens. It’s amazing how much dust is inside the sealed lens. Would I have to send it back to Nikon? With Ritz Camera going under the only place I could go to with this question here in this little uh town if you can call it that is gone! So now I need to have my SLR, DSLR, AND the lenses cleaned. Any suggestions anyone?
