Is there a free photo-editing software available, that you can easily make your photos look like they came from a photo-booth?

Got a lot of photos which i want to look like they came out of a photo-booth. i don’t have photoshop and only have very basic software like iphoto and picasa. any tips would be great. thank you!

photobooth won’t work, because that just takes photos to look like a photobooth. i already have them on my computer and i want them to look like they came from a photobooth.
