How do I set my pc to sleep when not in use after 10 minutes?

what are the specific steps to put my computer to sleep mode after ten minutes on not in use?

(XP) Start > settings > control panel > power
(Vista) Start > Control Panel > Power Options

You can also access these settings from the screen saver controls.
