I am having trouble regarding service with my Verzion cell phone?

I am at my work and I had always managed with service here and within the last few weeks I no longer get enough service to even send a text message or I have the wave the phone around like an idiot trying to get enough just to get that out. My service here had always been fine. Is there anyway to extend my service or figure out why I don’t have good reception in an area I have worked for 2 years and had fine reception

You should call Verizon, and find out what (if anything) has changed and what (if anything) can be done to improve your signal strength.

You should try resetting your Preferred Roaming List by dialing *228. Verizon recommends you do this often, and it’s an easy way to drastically improve your cell reception.

Welcome to Verizon . Just about everyone I know with Verizon has trouble with them

I have Verizon everything.Consumer Reports rated them the best.
Go to a Verizon store an demand an explanation. Speak with a Supervisor. Back it up in writing.
I worked in Customer Service and Public Relations. It is their job to correct the problem . Do not accept some nonsensible explanation.
