What's the appropriate holiday tip for housecleaners?

I know it’s an annual tip thing… is it the cost of one month?

Initially the cost of one cleaning session. However, if you have a loyal and faithful person, as I have had for 20 years, I give her a huge tip and a personal gift, because she is rarer than rubies. Write privately for exact amount.
