Any streches so i can do a round house kick?

every time i tye to do a round house kick i feel pain in my mucels any help here

Well just regular stretching is good, particularly in the legs and abdomen.

A roundhouse kick is a serious pain in the ass to do. It took me months to get it down, and after about a year of not doing one I can no longer do them.

If you really want to do it, practice it a LOT. And be ready for some sore muscles from all the times you mess up.
