Has anybody seen a clip showing Mr. Obama and Mr. Chavez in conversation (details below)?

Mr. Obama and Mr. Chavez were filmed in a conversation during the Summit of the Americas. Judging from the body language, the encounter was not altogether friendly and it was obvious that the translator was not happy. Nothing could be heard. I have not been able to track down this clip. All I know is that it was discussed on a Fox News programme.
