How to you create a "squeeze page" or landing page for an affiliate site?

I recently sarted my affiliate website, but want to create a database of visitors

If you have your own domain, you can just create the webpage however you like (using Frontpage or similar web design program), then save it as a webpage in your domain’s FTP server. Then just open up the page, copy the URL and use that URL to link it up from the main pages of your site.
