Are the Mythbuster's safety standards deteriorating?

Is it just me or do the Mythbusters seem to be getting less concerned over safety as the program progresses? Only a quarter of the way through tonight’s new episode Adam has burnt his hand and Jamie tipped a hydraulic lifter. Not that I have a problem with it but the show seems to be getting more hazardous. Anyone agree?
