Who or what org would volenteer to write code and programs for people with disabilities?

I need some simple and some more complex projects done for people with limited mobility. For example, someone to add functionality to existing open source projects or write small apps for communication output. An example would be a voice output communication program that works with a single mouse button.

You could try to contact a high school, college or something, see if they could allow students to do it as a project. We got exercises this way in high school.
