Your rep doesn’t know. That’s why he can’t tell you.

That’s nonsense. If they had a product that could do things the iphone can’t, they would be shouting it from the rooftops… right?

Point for point comparison between the Palm Pre, current iPhone, and rumored, next-gen iPhone.

One point that I’ll make is that I expect a number of the OS-based features rumored in the next-gen iPhone will also find their way into the next OS update for the current iPhone. Like copy & paste… there’s nothing hardware specific about that functionality… and I think it will arrive for current iPhone users with the next major iPhone OS release.

At the moment copy and paste.

Have a locked screen that tells you something more interesting than just the time.

it can multi task better. But it’s never gonna be as simple, smooth, and nice as the iPhone!

Pretender to the throne tbh

I understand it can run more than one application at the same time. On my iPhone, I can’t do chat and listen to the Last.FM application at the same time. You can do this on the Pre, I believe. I have only used a demo model of the Pre in a Sprint store though.
