How can I delete "junk" from RSS feeds?

I found three RSS feeds going into Outlook. I don’t know how they got there. When I deleted them, I got a message saying that this would not clear out the data they put into my system. How can I clear that?

in your folders list there should be a folder for RSS feeds, it is that way in hotmail at least, just go into the folder and delete the feeds
