Any good ideas for a website that can work.

Exchange, what do you mean here? Do you mean physically exchanging discs? What’s preventing people from doing this already on Craiglist or via buying used games?

Basically no I don’t think it would really work, because there are already systems set up for exchanging things. That said, the internet is a weird place, who knows, maybe this site would become popular.

And you should probably also define “work”. Do you want to make a living running this site? That will be impossible without a business model… no one will pay to be a member of your site nor pay to exchange the media, the internet advertising market is somewhat crumbling away… it would “work” as a part time hobby site, it would not “work” to sustain you as a full time job.

If you have to ask a question like this, you shouldn’t be trying to ‘do a website’.
