Is there a way to get rid of sctrach marks on an iPhone?

I am not sure if this is just a silly question but I was wondering if there is anyway to get rid of scratch marks on an iPhone. I haven’t had it for that long but it is already scratched loads. I heard somewhere that using a swiffer pad helps to smooth out scratches. Is this true? If not, are there any other secret tricks?
