"In Loving Memory of..." How do your feel about rolling tributes?

It seems that more and more I am seeing window decals on cars that read “In Loving Memory of (So and So)” along with the years the person lived. It is kind of like a headstone on the rear window. I have also seen many tattoos with the same message. How do you feel about these types of tributes?
