How do you use the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard program on a HP Windows Vista laptop?

I tried to use the bluetooth file transfer wizard from my laptop but it says it can’t find the device with bluetooth such as it can’t find my cellphone while my cellphone bluetooth is on. So I was wondering how do I use it or fix it?

Your phone may be hidden , Go to bluetooth settings and change to show phone. This is in the bluetooth settings of your phone .
Also you may have to enter a code ( anycode will do as long as you enter them both the same ) this is after the laptop finds the fone tho .
