How can I solve this problem with my "friend" without only apologizing? I said I couldn't talk to him anymore and I realized I can't stand not talking to him.

Yesterday I told him somethings I shouldn’t have said. I also i told him I was in love with him.Then I felt like he didn’t want to talk to me again and I was really hurt. If your out there I’m sorry and I Lurve You!
But how can I solve this problem without only apologizing?
