ALL the time. I was a teenager in mid 80s. My brother and I are always playing the Remember game.

Here are some 80’s commercials and I remember every one of them.

@jeffgoldblumsprivatefacilities – heheh They actually had them fight with them like they were swords!

I like the Karate kids action set. It needs a button you can press that makes the sound“get him a body bag”

I still like the music of my teenage-times, like The Cure, Ultravox, Sisters of Mercy, Iron Maiden… but I do not feel nostalgic while hearing that stuff… it is just my music and I am happy to live and to have lived always in the “here and today”. I like the feeling to get old with the time lived and to remember.

@ml3269 – well put. I enjoy the memories. But…what you said.

I am not so nostalgic for the 80s or 90s as I am for the mid-late 70s. That’s when I was 5 – 10 years old.

Sweatervests. This was probably more mid-90s, and originated with Chandler on Friends. This is one of my fondest memories of 90s fashion.

Who will help me bring back the sweater vest?

Bri_L's avatar

@Mamradpivo – Im on board. Full blown sweaters are to damned hot anyway.
