Give yourself a day before the exam not studying for the subject at all; you’ll just get yourself anxious. Expect to encounter the unexpected, but don’t think you can anticipate it- then it wouldn’t be unexpected. But do study what you thought were the most boring and stupid things- you already know the more attention-getting stuff.
