I updated my driver for my Lexmark X5470 All-In-One from their website, and now I get a error message saying "IM32FAX.DIL not found" What is going on with this? I need help.

I wish I could help you but my HP printer does not work and I am getting an error message saying the printer cartridges are not the correct ones, but they are indeed the right ones and it worked just fine yesterday using the same cartridges. You don’t suppose this is some sort of plot to get us to buy new printers, do you?

You need to uninstall and reinstall the driver. The first step would be going to Control Panel—> Add/Remove Programs and finding the package that was installed and uninstalling it. Reboot and reinstall and let me know how it goes.
