Which is the Fluther question with the most responses?

Asked by segdeha (1720points) December 31st, 2007

Is it the cake question or some other? Maybe Ben and Andrew could answer definitively?

BTW, greetings from New Zealand where it’s already 2008!

A similar question was asked once before. I believe the delicious food combinations question still has the most responses.

Nope. Cake wins by several furlongs (59 responses.)

Technically, of course you are right about the delicious food combos, and the gaming question. But look at all the really short off:point answers and jokes and insider info. One person (whom I shall not ID) wrote) “BUT” and then skipped to another answer. At least Cake had real (altho some were silly and most were very funny) and substantive answers. Does that matter?

@gailcalled, It does matter to me. I guess my question really could be stated as having 2 parts: 1) sheer number of responses, and 2) most lengthy / substantive discussion.

@sferik, Number of responders is also interesting. Thanks for adding that in!

@segheda; Sorry, didn’t mean to be flippant. For sheer numbers. I could, of course, turn this answer into 18, but I won’t (21) not wanting to put you into a stupor.(29)

Happy New Year from Up Above, or whatever you call us.:-) Hope that you and your family are flourishing in NZ.You are missing the Iowa primary here. A good thing or bad?.
