What line of work would you recommend for someone with my experience?

I have a lot of retail sales experience, but am just waaay too tired of the retail grind through the holiday season and the way the retail industry is moving towards. It’s hard to explain, and pretty complex, but I’m just tired of the man sticking it to me with my commission matrix.

I have a very strong sales background/customer service. I am not entirely done with my degree just yet, but will have it completed in about 1.5 years.

I currently am making about 38k a year before taxes. I now have a child, and would like some normal hours to try and schedule time to be with him too.

What kind of job could I get, that has reasonable hours, and pays nearly as much?

My major is Network Communications Management.
