What ever casino you happen to be in at dinner time?

Personally I’d give Nobu a go.

If you can get off the strip, go to Rosemary’s Restaurant and get the prix fixe lunch. Really excellent food.

If the heat isn’t unbearable, go to Mon Ami Gabi in Paris and sit at the strip-side patio right across from the Bellagio fountain.

Burger Bar is also an experience. Located in Mandalay Bay.

A nice meal?
Well, when we went, we really wanted to eat at Daniel Boulud’s restaurant, but they weren’t open that day. He is a fantastic chef, so the experience would have been amazing.
Another great chef is Thomas Keller (my husband admires him greatly) his restaurant in in The Venetian, it’s called Bouchon
When we were there, we had our reception at Verandah at the Four Seasons. Amazing menu, great staff. It was truly a fantastic experience.
